- Drafted in the 19th round of 2018 MLB draft to Baltimore Orioles following his senior season.
- Signed a professional contract and spent the next two summers playing for the Orioles rookie Gulf Coast League affiliate where he hit .145 in 52 games.

- Played at Terry Sanford High School
- Career Stats: Caught 147 passes in three-year varsity career. Amassed 2,263 yards and 26 touchdowns.
- Senior Stats: Tallied 55 catches for 1,145 yards and 13 touchdowns.
- Honors: A two-time first-team all-region performer in baseball and football.
