A

Accessibile Parking

Accessible season parking is available for purchase on a priority basis through the Wolfpack Club. Vehicles are required to display a valid ADA Placard at all times on game day along with the season parking pass. A limited number of accessible parking is located in the Westchase Handicap Lot, and a shuttle will be available to take fans to and from Gate 11. The shuttle begins running when parking lots open and only travels to and from Gate 11. Times will vary due to pedestrian and vehicular traffic. An ADA Placard should be displayed at all times in the vehicle when parking in the Westchase Handicap Lot on game day. Cost for the Westchase ADA Lot varies by game.

Alcohol

Alcohol policies are in place to help create a safe and enjoyable gameday environment for all fans. Please drink responsibly and follow all stadium guidelines.

ADA Seating

For game day assistance or exchanges, please visit the Ammons Family Ticket Center or the customer service stations at gates 4, 9, and 14. (Exchanges subject to availability and are not guaranteed). Please have all necessary ticket information with you at all times. In addition, services animals are permitted inside Carter-Finley Stadium for our guests with disabilities.

ADA Ticket Fraud

In order to provide accessible seats to individuals who need them and to protect the rights of our guests with disabilities, NC State Athletics requests that accessible seats not be resold or transferred to guests who do not have a need for accessible seating. If you possess accessible seats and are not able to attend a game, please contact the NC State Athletics Ticket Office to exchange your tickets for a non-accessible seat location prior to re-selling or transferring.

Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. NC State reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets, or ejection.

Assistive Listening Devices

With NC State's newest videoboard including closed captioning, assistive listening devices are no longer needed at Carter-Finley Stadium.

Birthday Wishes

Wolfpack fans have the opportunity to wish friends and family a “Happy Birthday” free of charge at home football games by having their name appear on the videoboard. All requests must be submitted online at least 72 hours prior to the event. (Due to in-game events scheduling, no exceptions can be made to this policy).

Bookstore

Aramark is now the official in-venue retailer of Wolfpack Apparel. Aramark will have stores set up throughout the venues for fans to purchase merch, and all stands are cashless.

Bus Parking

Bus parking passes may only be purchased in advance by contacting the NC State Athletics Ticket Office at (919) 865-1510 or ticketoffice@ncsu.edu. Bus parking passes will be directed to enter Gate E and will be parked around PNC Arena. Due to limited availability, we will not be able to accommodate any buses without a bus parking pass. Price for bus parking varies by game

Cameras

Handheld still cameras are permitted. Detachable lenses must be less than five (5) inches long and less than three and a half (3.5) inches in diameter. The camera body cannot exceed three (3) inches in depth/length. The overall camera and detachable lens combination cannot exceed eight (8) inches in overall length. Flashes are not allowed. Video cameras and GoPros are prohibited.

Chair Backs

On game day, chair back questions should be directed to the Guest Service Station on the West Concourse near Gate 4, the East Concourse near Gate 9 or the North Concourse near Gate 14. Prior to game day, please call 866-916-8444 with questions and relocation requests.

Compliance

As a member of the NCAA and Atlantic Coast Conference, NC State is committed to compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations. The Athletics Department appreciates your continued commitment in this regard. Your support and cooperation in complying with NCAA and Atlantic Coast Conference rules assists NC State in maintaining its winning efforts on and off the field. Credentials

Any person in possession of a credential must be at least 16 years of age. The credential is issued to provide access to designated areas at Carter-Finley Stadium for game operations personnel and guests of NC State University. The credentials are to be used only by the issued person and is non-transferable to another individual or another date as listed on the front. Any unauthorized use of the credential is reason for ejections. NC State University reserved the right to revoke the privileges of the credential at any time.

Customer Service

Guest Service stations are located on the West concourse near Gate 4, the East concourse near Gates 8 and 9, and on the North concourse near Gates 12-14. The East and West stations are adjacent to the Rex Healthcare stations.

For immediate assistance on gameday, fans can text our mobile response team at 984-352-7345 as soon as 5 hours before kickoff and until one hour after the conclusion of the NC State Football game.

Emergency Information

If a situation arises which requires evacuation of Carter-Finley Stadium, we request your cooperation and assistance in exiting the facility in an orderly manner. For your safety, law enforcement and game day security staff are positioned in and around the stadium. A police command center is located inside the stadium between gates 4 and 5. During and after the game, University Police can be contacted at (919) 515-3000 or 911. Listen to the public address system and watch the video board for information about weather, emergency evacuations and other emergency information.

Once an evacuation announcement has been given, please proceed to the nearest stairway or exit. Outside the stadium, follow the directions of event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the stadium. Listen to Mix 101.5, WRAL-FM or follow @PackGuestSrvcs on Twitter for more information.

Emotional Support Animals

Emotional Support Animals are not permitted in NC State athletics facilities.

Expressive Activities Policy

As a public institution of higher education, NC State University (“NC State”) is committed to fostering free speech and the open debate of ideas. Freedom of speech and free expression are fundamental to the mission and purposes of NC State. However, NC State must balance these objectives with ensuring the safety and security of its campus, including those individuals and fans attending NC State Football games at Carter-Finley Stadium.

This policy applies only to the use of the sidewalk (the “sidewalk”) on the north side of Trinity Road which is owned or under NC State’s control during home NC State Football game days.

Other uses of space for expressive activities at Carter-Finley Stadium and its surrounding grounds are subject to and controlled by NC State regulations 11.55.02—Use of University Space.

Family Restrooms

There are 4 family/single occupant restrooms located on the North End Zone concourse by Sections 218 & 225.

Fan Zone

Sponsored by Wolfpack Sports Properties, the Lowes Foods Fan Zone opens three hours prior to kick-off. The Fan Zone offers Wolfpack fans a chance to pick up free giveaway items, play interactive games, take advantage of fun photo opportunities, and enjoy some free food samples courtesy of various Wolfpack football sponsors. Live music will begin 2 hours prior to kickoff

Field Access

Only authorized personnel, ages 16 and older, with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game. Any unauthorized person attempting to access or found on the field will be removed and subject to ejection and/or arrest.

First Aid/UNC Health First Aid Stations

First Aid Stations are provided courtesy of UNC Health. Patrons in need of medical attention should visit one of these two locations: Gate 4 on the West concourse or Gate 9 on the East concourse

Food Allergens

A variety of NC State concession stands at Carter-Finley serve gluten-free options for fans with food sensitivities. These foods include:

Stadium entrance gates open 1.5 hours prior to kick-off for access to general seating areas. TowneBank Center patrons may enter 2 hours prior to the game through Gates 4, 8, and 14 only.

NC State Athletics has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory processing needs by becoming a Sensory Inclusive Stadium. Sensory Bags and additional information are available at Guest Services located by Gate 4, Gate 9 and Gates 12-14. They are free to be checked out by Carter-Finley patrons.

Lost & Found

All items will be turned into the customer service booth located at Gate 4. Unclaimed personal items of value (keys, wallet, credit cards, phones, etc.) will be given to Campus Police after the game. Fans may call 919-515-2101 post-game. Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days, after which items will be donated or discarded at NC State’s discretion.

Lost Person (Wolfpup Locator Program)

At the beginning of each NC State home football game, parents/guardians can stop by the University Police Operations Vehicle, between Gates 4 and 5, the University Police Command Truck in the parking lots, or any police officer inside the stadium and parking lots, to fill out a Wolf Pup Locator wristband with important information that will be placed on the child’s wrist. If a child becomes separated from their caregiver or group, that child can approach a police officer or Carter-Finley Stadium staff member, who will communicate with event management that a lost child has been identified. The Wolf Pup Locator wristband will be used by law enforcement or event management personnel to reunite the child with their parent or guardian.

Military Ticket Donation

NC State Athletics offer all fans an opportunity to donate their tickets to military personnel in the area. If you will not be attending a game, login to your online ticket account and under My Account you may easily donate your tickets to Vet Tix. You will receive a tax receipt from Vet Tix and help make sure Carter-Finley Stadium is packed all year long!

Nursing Mothers

For nursing mothers, please visit one of two private lactation rooms. To access these spaces, please visit customer service near Gate 4 or Gate 14 to obtain a key for the room. These spaces replace the previous location in the customer service area near Gate 4.

Parking

All parking gates open five (5) hours before kick-off. Vehicles are not permitted to line up on public roads prior to the gates opening. Unattended vehicles in the roadway or public right-of-way are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.

For weekday games, certain parking lots such as Westchase and Cardinal Gibbons will not open until 5 pm

Limited Gameday pay passes may be available for certain games. If available, lot only accepts credit cards. No cash payments are accepted. Price varies by game. Please call the ticket office at (919) 865-1510 for advanced purchase of Gameday Parking.

Parking Policies

Unattended vehicles in the roadway or public right-of-way are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.
All parking on the grounds of Carter-Finley Stadium is reserved and requires a valid permit for entry. No drop off allowed.
Recruits to park in designated parking (1201 Edwards Mill Rd., Raleigh, NC 27607) and will be picked by golf cart at the 76 Gas Station and taken to Murphy Center.
Fans should drive responsibly. NC State allows fans to leave cars parked after the game but they must be picked up by 8 am the following day.
If someone is in your space, please do not park in another space. Notify a parking attendant or call (919) 749-1405.

Raleighwood

Visit Raleighwood on game days at Carter-Finley located in the Northeast corner of the stadium near Gate 11. Enjoy food trucks, the Lowes Food Beer Den, and live entertainment pre-game and at halftime.

Re-Entry (Pass Outs)

Pass outs are available, at all gates, beginning with five (5) minutes remaining on the game clock in the second (2nd) quarter.

Fans re-entering the stadium must be in possession of their ticket AND the pass out stub they received at the gate prior to exiting.

Upon re-entry, all persons and belongings are subject to search by an event staff member. Please allow appropriate time to assure you are reseated prior to the second half kick-off.

The issuing of Pass Outs ends at the start of the third (3rd) quarter.

NC State University recognizes the importance of service animals to qualified individuals with disabilities and has established policies for the use of service animals in NC State athletic facilities.

Signs/Banners/Flags

Signs/banners/flags are permitted within Carter-Finley Stadium and surrounding parking lots controlled by NC State Athletics only if they meet the following guidelines:

The sign/banner/flag is not larger than 3’ x 2’.
The sign/banner/flag may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazards.
Signs/banners/flags on sticks or poles are not permitted.
Information contained on the sign/banner cannot be construed as vulgar, offensive, graphic, or outside of what the community standard would consider in “good taste.”
Signs/banners are not permitted to be hung anywhere inside the stadium.

Be prepared to return any unauthorized sign/banner/pole/stick to your vehicle. Game management personnel reserve the right to confiscate signs, banners, and flags that violate stadium policies.

Single Occupant Restrooms

There are 4 family/single-occupant restrooms located on the North End Zone concourse by Sections 218 & 225.

Smoking & Vape Policy

Smoking in any form through the use of tobacco products (pipes, cigars and cigarettes) or “vaping” with e-cigarettes, is prohibited in Vaughn Towers, in the seating bowl, on the concourse and in restrooms. Violators of this policy will be ejected from the stadium. In an effort to accommodate all guests, smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas at Gates 2 and 8.

Smoking Policy

All game day sponsorships, advertising and promotions, including Wolfpack Fan zone activities, are coordinated through Wolfpack Sports Properties. Strollers

Fans are permitted to bring folding/collapsible stroller into Carter-Finley Stadium. Large, non-collapsible stroller are prohibited. Strollers must be taken to a stroller drop-off area at one of the following locations: North Guest Service Station (Gates 12-14), West Guest Service Station (Gate 4), or East Concourse Guest Service Station (Gate 7). The fan will be provided with a claim ticket that must be returned to pick up their stroller. NC State assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged strollers or items left in strollers.

Tailgating

Tailgating is one of the best parts of gameday at Carter-Finley. Fans should follow all posted lot rules and safety guidelines.Please View NC State's Tailgating Policies

Text Message Alerts

In an effort to provide fans with the most up to date information regarding inclement weather, delays, etc., NC State will send a text message to those fans that sign up to receive them. Fans will need to text GOPACK to 67283. They will receive a generic welcome message confirming they are registered. Fans will also have the option to opt out by replying STOP GOPACK to 67283.

Tickets

Ticket must be presented at the gate and one ticket is required per person. Children two (2) years of age or younger (have not yet turned 3 years old) are permitted without a ticket, but are required to sit in the lap of their parent or guardian.

Tickets can be purchased online, in-person at the Ammons Family Ticket Center (4600 Trinity Road, Carter-Finley Stadium, Raleigh, NC 27607) or via telephone at (919) 865-1510.

Standard office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Ticket Booth Hours: 2 hours prior to kickoff until the end of the 3rd quarter
Location: Gate 4 & Gate 10

Student Resolution Hours: Begin at 1.5 hours to kickoff until the end of the 3rd quarter
Location: Gate 7

Ticket Office on Gameday

If patrons have trouble downloading their tickets or have any other ticket related inquiries, Ticket Booths are located outside Gate 4 (Ammons Family Ticket Center) and at Gate 10. For student ticket issues, visit the Student Resolution Booth at Gate 7.

Booth Hours: Gate 4 and 10 is 6:00pm-end of 3rd quarter, Gate 7 is 6:30pm-end of 3rd quarter

The Ammons Family Ticket Center is located on the west side of the stadium between gates 4 and 5 and opens two (2) hours prior to kick-off and closes at the start of the 4th quarter.

General Will Call is located in the Ammons Family Ticket Center.

Any ticket resolution or relocation questions may be directed to the Ammons Family Ticket Center or the customer service booth a gate 4.

Ticket Reprinting

The NC State Athletics Ticket Office can reprint tickets that have been lost, stolen or damaged for the ticket account holder only. Third party tickets and tickets for people other than the account holder will not be reprinted. Ticket reprinting charges may apply

Ticket Resale Policy

Tickets may not be resold within 100 yards of Carter-Finley Stadium. Ticket resale can occur along the roads that form a perimeter around the stadium: Trinity Road, Gate B Road/Peter Karmanos Jr. Drive and Steve Stroud Way.

Ticket Transfers

Season ticket holders may electronically transfer their tickets to other Wolfpack fans for free by logging into their online ticket account. Fans are encouraged to transfer tickets prior to arriving at Carter-Finley Stadium on game day.

Towed Cars

Illegally parked cars will be towed to Gate D, located off of Edwards Mill Road. Vehicle pick up cost is $100.00 at the owner’s expense. If you need assistance, or someone is parked in your space, do not park in another space. Contact the nearest parking attendant or call McLaurin Parking at (919) 749-1405.

U

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are prohibited inside Carter-Finley Stadium for the comfort and safety of all fans. No storage of this item is available. Fans can return the umbrella to their vehicle. Please be prepared to use rain gear or ponchos during inclement weather.

W

Walk of Champions

Join the NC State band, cheerleaders and dance team in welcoming the Wolfpack to Carter-Finley Stadium two and a half (2.5) hours prior to kickoff. The Walk of Champions will take place in front of the Murphy Center with the team entering the grounds near the flagpoles by the Gate B entrance, before walking past the Wolfpack Turf Statue and entering the Murphy Center.

Water Bottles

1 sealed bottle of water per person is permitted for all NC State sporting events. NC State also permits empty water bottles, up to 32oz to be brought in to sporting events and filled at our water stations around the stadium.

In addition, there are 4 roaming golf carts that can be found around the Indoor Practice Facility lots, the east side, the west side, and around Lenovo Center that provide transportation to the game for those that need assistance.
