By acceptance/use of a ticket, or any electronic form thereof, the ticket holder (Holder) on behalf of (i) himself/herself, (ii) any minor(s) accompanying Holder, and/or (iii) any other accompanying party for whom Holder retains a ticket for attendance with Holder (each of whom Holder represents have authorized Holder to act on their behalf in accepting the ticket terms) (collectively with any accompanying minor an “Accompanying Party”), voluntarily assumes all risk associated with property loss and personal injury arising from and incidental to the game or contest, and all other activities, promotions, and events before, during, or after the game or contest (collectively Event). NC State reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket. NC State may revoke the license and refuse entry to Holder for violation of ticket terms and conditions, facility rules, University policies, misconduct, or illegal activity. In accordance with North Carolina law, it is a misdemeanor to sell or offer for sale this ticket for more than $3.00 above face value. Ticket scalping/resale policies can be found on GoPack.com/tickets and venue signage. No refund will be made on this ticket for any reason. Holder and Accompanying Party, and their belongings, may be searched upon entry to the facility; Holder expressly consents to such searches and waives any related claims against NC State, its employees, agents, and affiliates. If Holder elects not to consent to these searches, Holder will be denied entry into the facility. Holder shall not sell, transmit, or aide in transmitting any description, account, picture, recorded transmission, audio, video recording, or other reproduction of the Event. Holder expressly grants NC State and its agents the right to use Holder's image, likeness, and/or voice in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with any broadcast (live or recorded) or any other transmission or reproduction of the Event, in whole or in part, and for any other purpose whatsoever, including commercial purpose without compensation.

Holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with the Event, attendance at the NC State Athletic facility where the Event is being held, acknowledges that attendance is voluntary, and agrees that the NC State and all related entities and affiliates, together with their respective trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, sponsors, and vendors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), illness, property damage, or other loss suffered in connection with the Event, the negligence of any of the Released Parties, natural occurrences, any other incidents caused by crowds of people or play of game, and for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or any other causes of action arising out of the use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, broadcast, or exhibition of Holder’s image, likeness, or voice, By attending the Event, Holder is deemed to have given a full release of liability to the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law from any claims which Holder, and/or any Accompanying Party, has or may have for causes of action arising out of attendance at, observation of and/or participation in the Event. If Holder does not wish to or is not authorized to grant such rights, releases and waivers on behalf of an Accompanying Party, Holder should immediately leave the Event with each Accompanying Party.

This ticket may not be offered as a prize in a sweepstakes or a contest. Purchase or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
