Ticket Policies and FAQ
Accessible Seating - Accessible seating is provided at all venues and held for sale to patrons who request these seats. An ADA patron is entitled to purchase up to four (4) tickets when seating allows. If ample ADA seats are not available in one location to accommodate a specific request/order, the ticket office will make its best effort to provide the next best option. If a patron needs to purchase additional seating, they are able to purchase seats in an outside section.
Admission Requirements - For NC State Athletics home events, anyone over the age of two (2) requires a ticket. This policy may differ for postseason, away games, and non-NC State events. Always verify prior to purchase.
Youth Tickets - Children 12 and younger are eligible for youth priced tickets, where applicable.
Senior Tickets - Adults 65 years and older are eligible for senior priced tickets, where applicable.
NC State University Faculty and Staff - NC State employees are eligible for discounted tickets, special offers and free admission for specific events. Visit the Faculty and Staff Ticket Information for the latest details.
Game Dates/Times - Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be made because of a time or date change.
Pass Gate - A pass gate is used to process admissions to squad guests, recruits, and high school coaches. Persons whose names are left on a pass list must present photo identification to receive admission to the event. NCAA regulations prohibit the issuance of “hard tickets” thru a pass gate, so pass list recipients must enter the facility upon signing for his/her admission. Commonly referred to as a “player guest” or “squad guest” entrance, the pass gate for NC STate guests is found in these locations at our athletic facilities: Carter-Finley Stadium - Gate 10 (Player Guests, Recruits, High School Coaches), Gate 4 - (Cheerleader Guests, Coaches Guests), PNC Arena - VIP Lobby at South Entrance, Reynolds Coliseum - North Entrance at Door Closest to Talley Student Union, Doak Field at Dail Park - Ticket Office at Main Entrance, Dail Soccer Field/Softball Stadium - Main Entrance on Cates Avenue.
Refunds/Exchanges - All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Will Call - Will call for home events open at various times at each venue. A valid photo ID is required to pick up tickets at will call for all sports. Please see below for more information:
Carter-Finley Stadium - 2 hours prior to kick-off, located at the Ammons Family Ticket Center between gates 4 and 5.
Lenovo Center - 1 hour prior to tip-off, located at the Lenovo Center Box Office at the South Entrance.
Reynolds Coliseum - 1 hour prior to event start time, located at the North Entrance.
Doak Field at Dail Park - For non-conference games, 1 hour prior to first pitch. For ACC games, 1 ½ hours prior to first pitch. Both located at the main entrance on Varsity Drive.
Dail Soccer Field/Softball Stadium - 1 hour prior to event start time, located at the main entrance on Cates Avenue.
Re-Sale Orders - Any duplicate orders or purchases intended for resale only may be canceled. Any issues, on gameday or prior to gameday, will need to be handled by the original ticket purchaser.
