COACH MOORE'S TAKE:
"Dontavia's great athleticism and strength has me excited to see just how far her game can go. A prestigious Ms. Basketball winner in Tennessee, she has the skill set to get to the rim and knock down the three. A potential defensive stopper and prolific rebounder, Dontavia is going to be a great asset on both ends of the court here at NC State."
- Played in 16 games during her rookie campaign and averaged 2.1 points and 1.1 rebounds in 7.4 minutes per outing
- Scored season-high 12 points against Coastal Carolina for her only double-figure scoring game of the season
- Also dished out three assists in 24 minutes of action against the Chanticleers
- Made Wolfpack debut on Nov. 25 against North Florida and led the Pack's freshmen in scoring with seven points on 3-of-4 shooting
- Played in a pair of the Pack's NCAA Tournament games and hit a bucket in the fourth quarter of her postseason debut
- Knocked down two three pointers on the season, including one in conference play in NC State's win against Pitt on Feb. 25
