2021 - Junior Season
- Played in 25 matches despite a midseason injury
- Finished the season third on the team in kills (279), kills/set (3.13), digs/set (2.43) and service aces (12)
- Had 14 games with 10 or more kills and 11 games with 10 or more digs
- Tallied eight double-doubles on the season, second-most on the team
- Recorded a terrific double-double against Notre Dame (11/7) with career highs in kills (25) and digs (16)
2020 - Junior Season
- Appeared in nine matches in the spring portion of the schedule
- Had a season-best outing against Wake Forest (3/14) with 13 kills on 25 attempts for a .320 hitting percentage
- Recorded double-digit kills in three-straight matches against WF, Clemson (3/19) and Boston College (3/21)
2019 - Sophomore Season
- Played in three matches before redshirting
- Had seven kills against Furman (9/22) in addition to six blocks in the three set match
- Also recorded five kills against Louisville (9/27) with two service aces
2018 - Freshman Season (at Auburn)
- Played in 21 matches as a freshman before missing the remainder of the season with an injury
- Tallied the third-most kills on the team with 189, highlighted by nine matches with double-digit kills
- Southeastern Conference (SEC) Freshman of the Week following the Kansas Invitational where she earned all-tournament honors
- Charted 48 kills over three matches, averaging 4.36 kills per set, including a 23 kill performance in a five-set win against Kansas
- Recorded 14 kills on 26 attacks for a .500 hitting percentage against Eastern Illinois
High School/Prep Career
- Ranked No. 30 on the 2018 PrepVolleyball Senior Aces list, which recognizes the nation's top recruits
- Was named Gatorade North Carolina Player of the Year as a senior in 2017 and a junior in 2016
- Earned MaxPreps First Team All-American and AVCA Under Armor All-America honors after her senior season
- Finished her collegiate career with 1,840 kills and her No. 12 jersey was retired by the program
- Tallied 520 kills as a senior in addition to 227 digs and 55 service aces
- Was the 2017 Independent Tribune Player of the Year for the second consecutive year
- Led her high school to a perfect 34-0 record as a junior and the Class 3A State Championship
- Achieved MaxPreps Underclass First Team All-America, PrepVolleyball Top-35 Juniors List and PrepVolleyball All-American honors after tallying 451 kills, 179 digs and 43 service aces as a junior
- Was a member of the 2016 USA Volleyball Girls' Youth National Team, which placed second at the North, Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (NORCECA) Girls' U18 Continental Championship
- Daughter of Neill and Melissa Rowland, her father Neill played soccer at Wake Forest
