2023 SEASON:
• Most experienced player on the defense in terms of games played with 56.
• Ranked second on the team in tackles with 75 stops.
• Led the team in tackles vs. Wake Forest, he also had a “pick-two” in that contest.
• Tallied a career-high 10 tackles in the win over Clemson - one was a crushing 17-yard sack.
• In for a career-high 94 snaps vs. Marshall.
2022 SEASON:
• Started the Charleston Southern and Louisville games at weakside linebacker.
• Led the team in tackles in the opener vs. ECU with 8 - that was his career best.
2021 SEASON:
• Starter at WLB in six games.
• Versatile player who saw action at all three LB spots for the Wolfpack.
• Played a season-high 63 snaps in the win over Louisiana Tech, also tallied a season-high six tackles in that contest.
2020 SEASON:
• Reserve linebacker throughout the regular season, he started the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl at WLB.
• In for 148 snaps, including a career-high of 74 in that bowl contest.
• Also notched a career-best seven tackles in that contest.
• Pulled down his first career interception in the win over Duke, returning it 17 yards.
2019 SEASON:
• Saw action in six games.
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played linebacker at Shelby High School for coach Lance Ware. Won state championships as a senior and sophomore, both at Carter-Finley Stadium.
• Career Stats: Finished with 269 tackles, 127 solo stops. Turned in 63 tackles for loss, 20 sacks and four interceptions.
• Senior Stats: Posted 103 tackles, 44 solo stops, along with 24 tackles for loss and seven sacks. Blocked a pair of punts. Team won the NC 2AA state title with a 13-3 record. Led his team with 11 tackles in his final game.
• Junior Stats: Credited with 85 tackles and 43 solo stops. Also made 20 tackles for loss and five sacks. Team posted a 12-3 mark and reached the state semifinals.
• Sophomore Stats: Tallied 51 tackles with 11 TFLs and five sacks. Team won the NC 2AA state title.
• Honors: Invited to play in the 2018 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas All-Star Game.
• Rankings: No. 30 recruit in North Carolina and the No. 50 outside linebacker nationally by Rivals.com. No. 33 recruit in North Carolina and the No. 53 outside linebacker nationally by 247Sports.com.
