2019-20 (SENIOR):
- Swept the backstroke titles at the ACC Championships for the third season in a row. Re-set his own ACC and program records in both races
- Won the 100 backstroke in a nation-leading 44.04 and the 200 backstroke in 1:37.31 (third in the nation)
- Also found the top of the podium with a pair of Wolfpack relay squads. Posted a 20.83 lead-off backstroke split in the 200 medley relay victory and a 42.34 lead-off split in the team's 400 freestyle relay win
- A finalist in the 100 butterfly where he took home silver in 44.92. That time ended the season ranked fourth nationally
- Named ACC Meet MVP after finishing as the top scorer across all swimmers at the event
- Garnered All-America status in seven events in a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Selected after being part of four A cut relay teams and earning NCAA Championships qualification in three individual events
- Named ACC Men's Swimmer of the Year for the second season in a row, becoming just the second man in program history to repeat with the honor
- Announced as ACC Men's Swimmer of the Week on Jan. 28 after setting a pool record in the 100 backstroke at Virginia. Second such honor of the season, as he also earned the weekly honors on Oct. 29 after kicking off his senior campaign by winning all three events in his triple against South Carolina
- Honored with the team's State Award for having the most outstanding men's performances throughout the year
- Received the H.C. Kennett Award as the best male student-athlete at NC State during the 2019-20 campaign
- Participated in the 2019 World University Games in July as a member of Team USA. Won bronze in the 100-meter butterfly with a lifetime best and team record of 52.11
2018-19 (JUNIOR):
- Reached the A final in all three of his individual events at the NCAA Championships where he finished in the top four in the 100 butterfly (2nd - 44.46), the 100 backstroke (2nd - 43.98) and the 200 backstroke (4th - 1:38.81)
- Became an All-American in those events as well as in four relays to lead the Pack in scoring at the national meet
- Led NC State's men in scoring at the ACC Championships, where he tied for the lead across all teams
- Named ACC Meet Co-MVP after sweeping the backstroke titles at the ACC Championships for the second season in a row, becoming just the third Wolfpack man in program history to win both backstroke events in back-to-back seasons
- Re-set ACC and program records in the 100-yard backstroke multiple times during the season before swimming the fastest time of his career at the NCAA Championships
- Named ACC Men's Swimmer of the Year, becoming the fifth straight member of NC State's squad to be awarded the honors
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):
- NCAA Champion in the 100 backstroke, NC State's first individual swimming title since 2006, and the 400 freestyle relay, where the Pack broke school, U.S. Open, American, and NCAA records with a time of 2:44.75
- Earned All-America honors in the 200 backstroke, 200 freestyle relay, and 400 freestyle relay
- Garnered All-America honorable mention honors in the 100 backstroke and 200 butterfly
- Won ACC titles in the 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke, 200 medley relay, and 400 freestyle relay
2016-17 (FRESHMAN):
- Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100 backstroke, where he finished 14th to earn All-America honorable mention honors
- Notched a career-best in the 200 backstroke at the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:41.90
- Member of the 200 medley relay team that finished sixth at NCAA Championships (1:23.18) and broke the conference, meet and school records at the ACC Championships in 1:23.16
- Earned All-ACC honors in the 100 backstroke, placing third in 45.99
- Finished fifth in the 100 butterfly at ACCs with a time of 46.28, the fourth fastest time in program history
- Posted season and career-best times in the 100 backstroke (45.60), 200 backstroke (1:41.90) and 100 butterfly (46.28)
