AS A SENIOR (2017):
• Entering his second year as a full-time starter at strong safety, he is the only senior among the safeties.
AS A JUNIOR (2016):
• Tallied a career-high 10 tackles at No. 7 Louisville - tied for the team lead.
• Finished the season raned fourth on the team in tackles.
• Has two recovered fumbles in 2016 - that mark ranked fifth in the ACC and tied for 30th in the FBS.
• Returned one fumble 70 yards at No. 3 Clemson.
• Missed the first half of the Notre Dame game after being flagged for a targeting foul vs. Wake Forest.
ASA SOPHOMORE (2015):
• Missed the game at Boston College with an injury, came back versus Florida State but was injured again and missed the last two games of the season.
• Started the last two games when he was healthy at SS after spending much of his time at nickel in the previous three contests.
AS A FRESHMAN (2014):
• Steady performer on special teams, ranking second in special teams tackles.
• Saw action from scrimmage in eight contests.
• Made the first play of the season for NC State - a tackle on the opening kickoff return.
IN HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played at William T. Dwyer High School for coach Jack Daniels.
• Three-year starter who helped lead team to a 15-0 record and the Florida 7A state title as a senior. Team finished season ranked 12th nationally.
• Senior Stats: 89 tackles, including 11 for loss and two interceptions. Recorded five tackles in the state title game.
• Honors: Two-time All-county performer. All-state as a senior, as well as a team captain.
• Rankings: No. 3 player in Palm Beach County by Sun Sentinel. No. 82 safety nationally by ESPN.com.
• Personal: Attended same HS as former Wolfpack QB Jacoby Brissett (now with the New England Patriots).
• Major: Communications
