Wolfpack Set to Open 2026-27 Season at Inaugural College Swimming League Meet

WESTMONT, IL - The No. 7/9 NC State Wolfpack will open its 2026-27 season Friday, Sept. 25, traveling north to Westmont, Illinois, to compete in the inaugural season of the College Swimming League (CSL).
Head coach Braden Holloway enters his 15th season at the helm of the Wolfpack as NC State prepares for its first CSL competition of the season. The Wolfpack will compete against Virginia, Georgia and Alabama in Friday's meet.
Gates will open at 4 p.m. CT at the FMC Natatorium, with competition beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET. The meet will be streamed live on ESPN+, while live results will be available through Meet Mobile. For additional information, follow the CSL's social media channels.
Meet Scoring
Skins:
Skins consists of four rounds of elimination-style 50-yard races featuring eight athletes. The stroke for the Skins competition will be determined by the winner of the 4x50 freestyle relay.
Two athletes will be eliminated in each round, while athletes retain the points they earn throughout the competition. Each 50-yard race must be completed within a two-minute window.
Super Skins:
Super Skins features four rounds of elimination-style 4x50 medley relays. Two relays will be eliminated in each round, with each round taking place within a three-minute window.
