Victor Snow Named to the 2026 Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List

RALEIGH, N. C. – Victor Snow became the latest NC State football player to receive preseason recognition as the 5th-year wide receiver was named to the 2026 Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc., Wednesday afternoon.
The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the college football season's outstanding FBS receiver. Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back, and running back) who catches a pass is eligible for the award. As such, the Biletnikoff Award recognizes college football's outstanding receiver, not merely college football's outstanding wide receiver.
Snow, who is in his first season with the Wolfpack after transferring from Buffalo, where he appeared in 35 games and totaled 118 receptions, 1478 yards, and 14 touchdowns. As a punt returner, Snow had 45 returns for 430 yards.
Last season, the Webster, N.Y., native was an All-MAC first-teamer as a wide receiver and a second-team return specialist. He had three 100-yard games last season, including a career-best 136 yards on six catches against Eastern Michigan, with two receiving touchdowns and the go-ahead rushing touchdown. Following his performance, he was named the MAC Offensive Player of the Week.
The Biletnikoff Award's semifinalists, three finalists, and award recipient are selected by the highly distinguished Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee, a group of 625 prominent college football journalists, commentators, announcers, Biletnikoff Award winners, and other former receivers.
