BERLIN, GERMANY - Kaii Winkler continued his breakout sophomore campaign at the German National Swimming Championships, earning two gold medals, a school record, and two personal bests during competition from April 23 through April 26 in Berlin.
Competing for the first time since the NCAA Championships in March, Winkler delivered a statement performance over the three-day meet. The rising junior captured gold in both the 100-meter butterfly (51.82) and 100-meter freestyle (48.16 LCM).
