#9 Pack Returns Home to Host Florida State, #39 Miami

RALEIGH, N.C. - No. 9 NC State women's tennis returns to the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center this weekend to host Florida State and No. 39 Miami in a pair of ACC duals. The Pack faces the Seminoles on Friday, March 6 at 2 p.m., before welcoming the Hurricanes on Sunday, March 8 at 1 p.m.
All matches are set to be played outdoors at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center and are free for fans to attend. Parking is available in West Deck off Varsity Drive across the street from the facility. Instructions for obtaining a parking pass can be found here.
The first 100 fans at Friday's match will receive a free NC State women's tennis t-shirt, while Sunday's match will feature a Kid's Day celebration with a slinky giveaway.

NC State is coming off a statement 2-0 weekend in California to open ACC play, defeating then-No. 7 Cal, 4-1, on Friday, Feb. 27 at Hellman Tennis Complex before sweeping then-No. 21 Stanford, 4-0, on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Taube Tennis Center. The Pack secured the doubles point in both matches and clinched each dual with singles victories from courts four, five and six.
Gabriella Broadfoot and Victoria Osuigwe earned ACC Doubles Team of the Week honors for the third time this season after posting a 2-0 weekend in doubles play.

Florida State enters the weekend at 4-7 overall and 0-2 in ACC play, having dropped matches to Louisville and Notre Dame to open conference action.

Raquel Gonzalez is Miami's lone ranked singles or doubles player as of March 3, checking in at No. 94 in the ITA singles rankings. She is 6-0 in dual play this spring, all on court one.
