Pack Boasts Nine on All-ACC Academic Team

Nine members of the 2025 Wolfpack football squad were named to the All-ACC Academic Team, the league office announced today.Â
For the first time in school history, four true freshman earned academic all-conference honors. Rookie offensive guard Spike Sowells posted a 3.355 GPA in business administration, Safety Tristan Teasdell had a 3.355 in sport management, DT Josiah Victor had a 3.8 in exploratory studies and quarterback Will Wilson had a 3.898 in management.Â
Other honorees included WR Wesley Grimes (3.16 in communication), CB Devon Marshall (3.262 in communication), RB Duke Scott (3.378 in business administration), DE Isaiah Shirley (3.748 in business administration), and LB Zane Williams (3.636 in management).
Shirley was named to the team for the first time in his career, while the others were first-time honorees.
The All-ACC Academic squad is for undergraduates only who have been enrolled for at least one academic year and played in at least 50% of the squad's games while boasting a 3.0 GPA or higher, both cumulative and in the most recent two semesters.
