NC State football fans can look forward to traditional favorites and some new enhancements when they visit Carter-Finley Stadium for the 2025 season.Â
Â
As always, many of these updates came as a direct result of feedback from fans who share suggestions and concerns in postgame fan experience surveys. This feedback proves crucial in making improvements in-season and for upcoming seasons.
Â
Raleighwood Upgrades:Â
In NC State Athletics' continuing efforts to improve the fan experience and foster a dynamic environment at Carter-Finley, there have been major upgrades to the Raleighwood area, which is located near Gate 11 in the northeast corner of the stadium, for 2025. Â
Â
The addition of a shade structure, big-screen TVs showing live game broadcasts, a surround-sound system, and a bar serving beer and wine will give the area more of a sports bar feel for fans to congregate, unwind, and of course, cheer on the Pack!
Â
Live music, games and activities, food trucks, and beer stations will be available for all fans in the 27,000 square foot space. Raleighwood will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled kickoff time and remain open through the end of the fourth quarter. Alcohol will stop being served after the third quarter. For updates throughout the season, please visit the Gameday Central page on GoPack.com.
Â
New Concession OfferingsÂ
There will be several new concession offerings this season, along with the return of an old favorite!
Â
Wolfpack Team ShopÂ
Visitors to Carter-Finley Stadium can purchase NC State apparel and other items at three Wolfpack Team Shop locations in 2025, with Aramark serving as the new in-venue retail provider.Â
Â
The stores will have a new look compared to previous years, with a large Team Shop on the west side of the stadium across from the Dail Plaza Entrance, along with two permanent shops on the east side. The southeast location will be between gates 7 & 9, while the northeast shop will be between gates 9 & 10. There will also be a fourth location on the concourse near the southwest corner of the stadium by sections 118/215.
Â
The Wolfpack Team Shop will have increased selections of women's and youth apparel this season. Also, a limited selection of items will be available for purchase at various concession stands on the concourse.
Â
Text Assistance
In 2025, NC State Athletics will continue to offer game day Text Assistance, which helps provide real-time problem resolution for patrons. If fans have an issue, they can text 984-352-7345 on game days or follow/message Pack Guest Services on X/twitter @PackGuestSrvs.Â
Â
The service will begin five hours before kickoff and run up to one hour after the game ends.Â
Â
Gate Changes
Gate 5, located on the south end of the stadium by the Murphy Center, will no longer be a public entrance. Patrons should continue to use Gates 2-4.
Â
Lactation RoomsÂ
One major upgrade for the 2025 season is the addition of two private lactation rooms. To access these spaces, please visit customer service near Gate 4 or Gate 14 to obtain a key for the room. These spaces replace the previous location in the customer service area near Gate 4.
Â
Parking Lot Updates
Vet school lots 1 and 2 will not be available on game days for 2025. Also, patrons should note that the old Faculty/Staff/Varsity Club lot has been renamed the Trinity Lot.Â
Â
Andy Albright Scoreboard
The main video scoreboard in the North End Zone of Carter-Finley Stadium has been named the Andy Albright Scoreboard to reflect the Albright family's deep commitment to enhancing the Wolfpack experience for student-athletes, fans, and the greater NC State community.
Â
Ticket Account Binding
For Apple iPhone users, account binding adds security to a fan's mobile tickets by binding them to their Apple ID. This prevents unauthorized sharing while keeping the same easy entry experience fans are accustomed to.
Â
While Android users and All-In-1 tickets (season tickets) will not be directly affected at this time, we recommend that you begin to take the following steps for the best account security and to ensure you and your group have seamless entry into Carter-Finley Stadium on game days.
Â
The first time tickets are added to a fan's Apple Wallet this season, they will be asked to verify your Apple account using Face ID, Touch ID, or password. This creates a secure connection between the fan's online ticketing account and iCloud account. Once set up, all tickets from NC State are automatically bound to the fan's Apple account.Â
Â
Fans will be able to transfer their tickets to family and friends the same as they have previously. Sharing logins, screenshots, or emails with ticket links will result in disabled passes that will not scan valid on game day.
