Donavan Phillip Named USL2 Player of the Year

TAMPA, Fla. – After already garnering numerous honors from his standout summer with the Flint City Bucks, junior forward Donavan Phillip has been named the USL2 Player of the Year by the United Soccer League on Tuesday.
During his season with the Flint City Bucks, Phillip scored 12 goals, earning him a share of the Golden Boot award. In just 12 games, he recorded four game-winning goals and nine assists.
*The USL League Two Player of the Year is nominated by the USL's sporting team based on regular season performance and agreed upon by league officials.
