
Men’s Soccer Unveils 2025 Fall Schedule

RALEIGH – NC State men's soccer head coach, Marc Hubbard, announced the program's 2025 schedule on Tuesday afternoon. The fall slate totals 16 games, 11 at home at Dail Soccer Field in Raleigh and five on the road.
NC State is ready to attack its second season with Hubbard at the helm after recording a historical 2024 season that ended with the program's first NCAA Sweet 16 appearance in 30 years and a top-10 MLS draft pick.
Four of the Pack's opponents finished inside the top-25 of the United Soccer Coaches final D1 men's soccer rankings last season, with one additional opponent finishing while receiving votes. Two teams set to face off with closed out with a ranking in the top 10.
The official schedule begins with a seven-match home stretch on Aug. 21 at Dail Soccer Stadium in Raleigh when the red-and-white welcome Queens, followed by Wofford on Aug. 24, and FIU on Aug. 29.
The Pack will open conference action with a headlining match against cross-town rival, North Carolina on Friday, Sept. 5.
After the game with the Tarheels, the Pack will jump back into nonconference action with the last half of the opening home stretch, hosting Stetson on Sept. 10, FAU on Sept. 13, and William & Mary on Sept. 16.
NC State will hit the road for the first time on Sept. 19 with a visit to Boston College, followed by a trip to Pittsburgh on Sept. 26, and rounded out with an in-state game against UNC Wilmington on Sept. 30.
Shifting back into ACC contests, the Wolfpack will return home to start the month of October when it welcomes Virginia on Oct. 5 and Clemson on Oct. 10. A week later on Oct. 17, the team will travel to South Bend to battle with Notre Dame.
The red-and-white will then face two in-state teams back-to-back with UNC Greensboro on Oct. 21 to close out nonconference play, followed by a short road trip to Durham to play Duke on Oct. 25.
The regular-season finale will take place in Raleigh against Syracuse on Oct. 31.
The 2025 ACC Tournament will begin on campus sites Nov. 5-9 for the first and second rounds then will move to WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary Nov. 13-16.
The first and second rounds of the 2025 NCAA Tournament will take place Nov. 20-23, the sweet sixteen is set for Nov. 28-30, followed by the elite eight Dec. 5-7, and finally trailed by the College Cup, which returns to WakeMed in Cary Dec. 11-14.
All home games are played at the Dail Soccer Stadium on Cates Avenue with free parking available for fans, match start times are set for 6 p.m.
