DALLAS - NC State baseball's Andrew Shaffner has been named to the 20th Annual National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association's (NCBWA) Stopper of the Year Midseason Watch List, the organization announced Wednesday afternoon.Â
Shaffner is among 56 standout relievers nationwide to be recognized on the 2025 midseason watch list for the 20th Annual NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award, given to the top relief pitcher in NCAA Division I Baseball.
