
NC State Wrestling Announces 2025-26 Schedule

RALEIGH – The NC State wrestling team has released its full schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season, as announced by head coach Pat Popolizio on Friday.
Featuring 14 total regular-season dates, the team's slate holds eight home duals, in addition to wrestle-offs in Reynolds Coliseum on October 25th, five away duals, and three neutral-site duals.
Special events and tournaments include the National Duals Invitational in Tulsa, Okla., a tri-meet in Fuquay Varina, N.C., and a quad-meet in Reynolds Coliseum.
Season tickets are still available and can be purchased on GoPack.com here. Fans will be able to purchase individual tickets on this site as well once they go on sale. Start times and television designations for the duals will be announced at a later date.
The stacked schedule includes seven duals with preseason-ranked teams by InterMat dual-team rankings; No. 5 Ohio State, No. 9 Virginia Tech, No. 12 Stanford, No. 14 Cornell, No. 15 Rutgers, No. 20 North Carolina, and No. 21 Pittsburgh.
The 2025-26 season kicks off right on Wolfpack home turf in Reynolds Coliseum on Saturday, Nov. 8, when Northern Colorado comes to Raleigh for the first time.
The following weekend, a trip to Tulsa, Okla., will feature the highly anticipated National Duals Invitational on Nov. 15 and 16. The tournament will feature a dual-meet tournament where 16 teams will be competing for a monetary prize.
To finish out a holiday weekend, NC State will travel to in-state opponent Appalachian State on Sunday, Nov. 30.
A week later, Sunday, Dec. 7, a tri-meet neutral site dual will take place in Fuquay-Varina, N.C., right down the road from NC State's campus, with Morgan State and Rutgers. That same week, the Wolfpack will head to Columbus, Ohio, to face Ohio State on Friday, Dec. 12.
A quad-meet on Sunday, Dec. 21, with Buffalo, George Mason, and The Citadel will round out the end of the calendar year in Reynolds Coliseum.
Opening the new year, NC State will begin conference action with Virginia on Friday, Jan. 9, followed by a trip to California the weekend of Jan. 16-18 to see action with Stanford and CSU Bakersfield.
The end of January will bring must-see ACC wrestling with North Carolina and Virginia Tech coming to Reynolds Coliseum back-to-back weekends, Jan. 23 and Jan. 30, respectively. The last time these two programs came to Raleigh, both duals sold out.
The start of February consists of travel to Pitt on Friday, Feb. 6, and Duke on Friday, Feb. 13.
Finishing out the regular season, Cornell will return to NC State on Friday, Feb. 20.
Post-season tournaments this season will feature the ACC Championships on Sunday, Mar. 8, hosted by Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va., and the NCAA Championships Mar. 19-21 at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
