Men’s Tennis PackPro Robin Catry Claims First Pro Singles Title

RALEIGH – NC State men's tennis alumnus Robin Catry claimed his first professional singles title this past Sunday at the ITF M15 Villers-les-Nancy.
A Lille, France native, Catry graduated from the NC State men's tennis program in 2024, where he was a NCAA Qualifier and earned All-ACC honors twice.
Coming into the tournament as the No. 5 seed, Catry took out the No. 8 seed and then downed the top-seeded player in the finals after dropping his first set.

Final: [5] Robin Catry (France) def. [1] Liam Broady (Great Britain) 2-6, 6-2, 6-4
His opponent he beat in the finals, Liam Broady, currently holds a #407 ATP singles ranking but owns a career-high of #93.
After the conclusion of the tournament win, Catry is now up to #622 in his ATP singles ranking and #1057 in ITF.
