Leroux and Staeheli Sweep ACC Men’s Tennis Weekly Awards

Charlotte, N.C. – Pack men's tennis players Jules Leroux and Luca Staeheli took home all ACC men's weekly awards, as announced by the conference office Tuesday, January 28. Leroux was named Freshman of the Week and Staeheli was named Player of the Week while the duo was named together as the Doubles Team of the Week.
The two each went undefeated in both doubles and singles throughout three matches in the last week, including ranked matches with No. 21 Harvard and No. 9 Mississippi State. Across all six singles matches, the players won in two-straight sets.
Together they tallied a top-20 doubles win taking down 20th-ranked Baroni and Serrano of Mississippi State in their ITA Kickoff regional championship match this past Sunday.
