Carder, Inscoe Named to Watchlists

Two members of the NC State softball team have been named to two different watchlists, as released Monday morning.Â
Freshman Haley Carder was named to the Softball America Freshman Watchlist and junior Madison Inscoe checked in at number 10 on the D1 Softball Pitcher/Utility (Dual Threat) position rankings.Â
Carder enters her first season with the Wolfpack and is one of 23 student-athletes from the ACC to make the Softball America list.Â
Inscoe is the only athlete from the ACC to make the D1 Softball list. She enters her third season with the Wolfpack, primarily as a pitcher but also checking in at first base and as a designated hitter. She enters her junior campaign with a 18-21 overall record in the circle and a .238 career batting average.Â
The Wolfpack opens the 2025 season in Orlando, Florida at the UCF Tournament on Feb. 6 against CSU Bakersfield.
