Women’s Basketball's Opponents for Pink Flamingo Championship Announced

RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State women's basketball's opponents for the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship have been announced, as released by BdG Sports on Tuesday.
NC State will be joined by Southern, LSU and Washington in the Pink Flamingo Championship. The Pack will play Southern on Monday, Nov. 25 at 11 a.m. and square off against LSU or Washington on Wednesday, Nov. 27. The consolation game for the tournament will be played first at 11 a.m. and the championship game will follow at 1:30 p.m. on that Wednesday.
All games will be streamed on FloHoops and games are played at the Baha Mar Convention, Arts and Entertainment Center.
The Pack and Southern will square off for the first time. The Jaguars were picked to finish second in the SWAC Preseason Poll, coming off a 15-15 season.
NC State will play either LSU or Washington in its second game. The Pack trail LSU in the all-time series, 1-2, as well as to Washington, 1-3. LSU is coming off a 31-6 season highlighted by a trip to the NCAA Tournament Elite 8. Washington finished the 2023-24 season 16-15 and hosted the first round of the NCAA WBIT.
The Pack's ACC slate with television designations and tipoff times will be announced on ACC Network on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
