Men’s Tennis Recognized for Scholar Awards, Led by Borisiouk and Shick

RALEIGH, N.C. – ITA announced Monday afternoon the 2023-24 Division I Men's ITA Scholar Athletes, as well as the All-Academic team honorees. The NC State men's tennis program, as well as two individual athletes, were named among the two awards.

The Wolfpack was one of 126 DI programs selected for this year's team academic honors. While sophomore Martin Borisiouk, and junior Braden Shick, served up success excelling in the classroom, joining ITA's list of this year's scholar-athletes.

Individual recipients must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year. To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a collective grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale).
