RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State softball team capped off its 2024 season with a 4-2 victory over Pitt (17-32, 6-18 ACC) on Saturday afternoon, completing a three-game sweep of the Panthers at Dail Softball Stadium.
NC State (30-23, 6-18 ACC) broke a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the sixth with back-to-back RBI base hits from Michele Tarpey and Kaylee Lambrecht.
