INDIANAPOLIS – After a strong performance during the regular season, NC State women's tennis will be represented by two singles players and two doubles pairs at the 2024 NCAA Women's Tennis Singles and Doubles Championships.
After earning the highest ranking in program history, senior Amelia Rajecki earned the highest seed in the tournament by a Wolfpack player, as she was also seeded in the No. 2 spot. She enters the postseason 31-7 overall and 21-4 in dual matches. Earlier this season, she became just the fourth Wolfpack women's tennis player to reach 100 career singles wins.
Maddy Zampardo will join Rajecki and form the second Wolfpack doubles pairing. As a team, NC State opens NCAA Championship action at home on Saturday, May 4, at 2 p.m. when it hosts South Carolina State for the second straight year.
