The Wolfpack (19-7) is the No. 4 seed in the tournament. In the quarterfinal match, the Wolfpack will take on the winner of the match between Clemson and Georgia Tech. Â
The Wolfpack enters the tournament 9-4 in the ACC and 19-7 overall. This season, they are 10-6 against ranked opponents, including an 8-3 record against ranked teams in the ACC. NC State ended the regular season in a three-way tiebreaker for the #3, #4, and #5 seed and came away with the fourth seed after going 1-1 against FSU and Georgia Tech in the regular season.
