#PackPro Jameese Joseph Signs NWSL Contract With Chicago Red Stars

CHICAGO – Pack Pro and three-time All-ACC selection Jameese Joseph signed a three-year contract with the Chicago Red Stars on Friday. The contract will run through the 2026 NWSL season.
Joseph was the second player in NC State women's soccer program history selected in the National Women's Soccer League Draft when Chicago drafted her with the No. 15 overall pick on Jan. 12. The Beltsville, Maryland native joined Tziarra King as the two NWSL Draft selections in program history and the Tim Santoro era.
Joseph finished her NC State career with four ACC honors, earning ACC All-Freshman Team accolades in 2019, Second Team All-ACC honors in 2021 and Third Team All-ACC honors in 2022 and 2023. She helped lead the Wolfpack to three NCAA Tournament appearances during her career, highlighted by a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2019.
The former Wolfpack forward wrote her name into the NC State record book with 87 career starts and 237 career shots, marks that rank eighth and sixth, respectively. She concluded her NC State career with 24 goals, 10 assists and 58 points.
The Red Stars begin the 2024 National Women's Soccer season on March 16 when they take on the Utah Royals in Sandy, Utah. The club returns to Chicago for its home opener at SeatGeek Stadium on March 23 against Seattle Reign FC.
