Nine Earn Spot on All-Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The NC State softball team landed a program record of nine student-athletes on the 2023 ACC All-Academic team, as announced by the conference office Tuesday morning.

Making the roster from the Wolfpack is: Ellie Goins, Wynne Gore, Amanda Hasler, Madison Inscoe, MaKayla Marbury, Taylor Ensley, Libby Whittaker, Katlyn Pavlick, and Rebecca Murray.

All nine members of the Pack played in 18 or more games in 2023, with Murray appearing in all 53.

Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and maintain a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team. Nominees must have participated in at least 50 percent of the teams contests.
