33 Wolfpack Swimmers and Divers Named to ACC All-Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Thirty-three members of the NC State men's and women's swimming and diving teams were honored as 2022-23 Academic All-ACC Team members, as announced by the league office on Wednesday.
Academic requirements for selection are a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative GPA during one's academic career for undergraduate students. Athletic achievements are also considered.
All of the NC State swimmers and divers who received recognition competed in postseason competition for the Wolfpack. The women's team secured a runner-up ACC Championship finish and fifth-place NCAA team finish, while the men brought home the ACC Championship trophy and finished fifth at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
Fifth-year Kylee Alons was honored for the fifth time of her NC State career, with Heather MacCausland, Emma Muzzy and Hunter Tapp all receiving the honor for the fourth time of their respective careers.
