Kiefer Will Not Return

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State Athletics and head men's soccer coach George Kiefer have mutually agreed to part ways, Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan announced today. Kiefer has served as head coach since November 2016.
"We'd like to thank George for his contributions to NC State and wish him the best in his future endeavors," said Corrigan.
Kiefer finishes his stint at NC State with a record of 49-52-23 overall and a 12-28-14 mark in ACC play. His first three Wolfpack squads earned NCAA Tournament bids.
A national search for Kiefer's successor will begin immediately.
