Men's tennis welcome's four new members to the Pack

Raleigh, N.C.- The NC State men's tennis team welcomed 4 new recruits to Raleigh this weekend. Including William Manning, Jules Leroux, Jakub Katuch, and Cody Benton. Manning, Katuch, and Leroux will join the team starting in the Spring 2024 with Benton joining in the Fall of 24.
William Manning from Raleigh, NC is currently ranked #1 in the Boys 18 USTA National Rankings. William finished 6th at this summer's' National Championships held in Kalamazoo Michigan.

As Raleigh natives I know this is a special day for William and his family, but for our team and coaching staff it too is a wonderful day! During the recruiting process William has shown everything that embodies not only our program but also what it means to be part of the Pack! William is the proverbial first recruiting piece to continue the momentum set forth by our #1 ranked recruiting class of 2020. Cody Benton from Chapel Hill, NC is a 5 Star recruit tabbed by Tennisrecruiting.net. Cody ranks 8th in the state of North Carolina and top 25 in the Southeast section.

Jules Leroux from Cannes, France achieved a top 90 junior world ranking by the International Tennis Federation.

Statement from coaching staff: "Jules is a high level junior who reached top 90 in the World in the junior rankings. Throughout the recruiting process, Jules has shown a strong passion for achieving at the highest levels of junior tennis and we are so excited for his upward trajectory! Jules comes from an amazing athletic family who value education and athletics. We as a team can't wait for Jules to join our program!!!
Jakub Katuch from Koscie, Slovakia has a career high World Ranking of 1403 by the ATP.
