NC State Welcomes Walters State to The Doak on Wednesday Afternoon

Admission is FREE for Wednesday’s Fall Exhibition
RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State baseball hosts Walters State for a fall exhibition on Wednesday afternoon at Doak Field at Dail Park. First pitch is slated for 3 p.m. and admission is free of charge.
There will be no live video or radio stream for Wednesday's game at The Doak. Parking will be available in the West Deck off Varsity Drive for $5. Further information on how to obtain a virtual parking permit for $5 is listed at the bottom of this release.
Wednesday's matchup against Walters State will mark the Pack's first fall exhibition at The Doak since defeating South Carolina 15-5 in a 12-inning fall contest on Sept. 29, 2019. Walters State finished its 2022-23 season with a 51-10 record and has already played fellow in-state opponents North Carolina, Western Carolina and Charlotte so far this fall.
NC State opened its fall slate on Friday with a pair of victories over Duke at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The Wolfpack defeated Duke 10-3 in game one before notching a 5-1 victory in game two.
NC State's fall roster is comprised of 40 student-athletes, featuring 20 returners and 20 newcomers.
How to Purchase Wednesday's $5 Online Parking Permit:
1. Visit https://ncsu.aimsparking.com/
2. Ensure you are logged out of your parking account
3. Select "Purchase Event Permit"
4. Agree to the Terms of Service
5. Select "General Event"
6. Select "NC State Baseball"
7. Under voucher code, type in "NCStateBaseball"
8. Click "Apply Voucher"
9. Click "Event: All Campus $5.00"
10. Select the Date (Oct. 18, 2023) and click confirm
11. Select "(AC) All Campus" or "(AH) Accessible Handicapped"
12. Select "Add Vehicle" and enter vehicle information
13. Enter "Client Name" and "Phone Number" and confirm
14. Click "Continue"
15. Review information, enter payment information and check out
