RALEIGH – The Wolfpack men's soccer team (3-3-1, 1-2-0 ACC) continues its home stretch with a Friday afternoon matchup against 15th-ranked Louisville (5-2-2, 1-1-1 ACC). Kick-off is set for 12 p.m. from Dail Soccer Stadium, and the match will be broadcast live on ACCNX.

FAN INFORMATION
NC State men's soccer games are free of charge. Gates will open one hour prior to the start of the match. Fans who plan to attend the match will need to obtain a virtual event permit to park in the Coliseum Deck. Instructions to get that permit are here. LAST TIME OUT
The Wolfpack picked up its first league win of the 2022 campaign last Friday with a 1-0 victory over visiting Virginia Tech. Sophomore forward Luke Hille scored the Pack's lone goal (and his first of the season) in the 31st minute with the feed coming from Conor Kelly off a set piece.

NC State did not allow Virginia Tech to get a shot attempt off in the first half. Wolfpack goalkeeper Lucas Hatsios earned his second shutout in his fifth start of the 2022 season.

SERIES HISTORY (Series tied 4-4-2)
• Friday marks the 11th overall meeting between NC State and Louisville. The teams first met during the 1997 campaign and have faced off at least once a year since 2014.
• The Cardinals are on a two-game winning streak in the series. Louisville picked up a 2-1 win on Oct. 22, 2021 and also beat the Pack 3-0 on NC State's home field in March of 2021.
• NC State's last win against Louisville was on Sept. 27, 2019 as the team secured a 2-1 road victory over the then 17th-ranked Cardinals.
• The Wolfpack is 2-2-1 when playing against the Cardinals at home. NC State has not won a home match against Louisville since a 2-1 decision on Oct. 3, 2014.
