Program-Record 14 Wolfpack Women's Swimmers Selected for NCAA Championships

All five Wolfpack relays also qualify for national meet
INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Committee announced its selection of swimmers who will compete at the 2022 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, and 14 Wolfpack women's swimmers qualified for the national meet.
NC State's 14 selections marked the most in program history for the Wolfpack women, besting the Pack's 13 participants from 2021. That number is also tied for the third-most qualifiers from a single program. In addition to the 14 individuals selected, all five of the Wolfpack's relays qualified to race at the NCAA Championships.
A list of the selected swimmers and the events in which they qualified is below:
- Kylee Alons - 50 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 100 freestyle
- Abby Arens - 200 IM, 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly
- Katharine Berkoff - 50 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 100 freestyle
- Annabel Crush - 200 IM, 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle
- Sophie Hansson - 50 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke
- Yara Hierath - 400 IM, 1650 freestyle
- Heather MacCausland - 50 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke
- Kate Moore - 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 backstroke
- Emma Muzzy - 200 IM, 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke
- Andrea Podmanikova - 200 IM, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke
- Julia Poole - 200 IM, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke
- Grace Sheble - 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 butterfly
- Brooke Travis - 500 freestyle, 400 IM, 1650 freestyle
- Abbey Webb - 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle
NC State will compete at the 2022 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships from March 16-19 at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlana.
