RALEIGH – The NC State men's basketball team is back in action Tuesday night when it hosts FIU at 9 p.m. inside PNC Arena.
The game against the Panthers is a Regional Sports Network broadcast. For fans in the state of North Carolina, the game will be broadcast on Bally Sports South. A complete list of affiliates showing the game can be found here.

- NC State moved to 2-0 on the season with a 73-67 win over Campbell on Friday night. The Pack never trailed in the second half and extended its lead to nine points on multiple occasions but could never break open the game.
- Sophomore guard Terquavion Smith led NC State with 19 points on 6-of-12 shooting. He has now led the Pack in scoring in both games this season and for his career, has led NC State in scoring in 14 of his 34 career games.
- Smith's first three-pointer on Friday night was the 100th of his career in his 34th career game. He's the fastest to 100 three-pointers in NC State history. The previous quickest to 100 was Maverick Rowan who connected on his 100th three-pointer in his 44th career game. NC State's career three-point record-holder, Scott Wood, didn't make his 100th career three-pointer until his 50th game.
- Graduate transfer Jack Clark stuffed the stat sheet on Friday night, posting a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds while also setting a career-high with five steals. Clark leads the ACC with eight steals and ranks and leads the Pack and ranks sixth in the ACC with an average of 8.5 rebounds per game.
- Jarkel Joiner was clutch late in the win over Campbell. The transfer from Ole Miss scored eight consecutive points for NC State late in the second half and finished with 17 for the game.

- FIU has opened the season with two home wins to come to Raleigh with a 2-0 record.
- Sophomore guard Denver Jones is the squad's top returning scorer from last season, having averaged 12.5 points behind 20 double-figure scoring performances on 34.5 percent shooting from beyond the arc and leading the Conference USA with an 89.6 percent free-throw mark. 7-foot-1 center Seth Pinkney returns as the lone starter from last year's team, shooting 63.3 percent from the floor last season (4.0 ppg) while pulling down 4.2 rebounds per game through 32 starts.
- The Panthers added seven newcomers to the 2022-23 squad, and like NC State, loaded up on graduate transfers as FIU added three graduate transfers.
- Ricky Clemons was a preseason second team Big South selection. He averaged 9.8 points and 5.1 rebounds last season. Clemons had 13 points and seven rebounds in the Camels' season-opening win.
- The Panthers were picked to finish 10th in the Conference USA Preseason Poll.

- NC State has a 38-2 record against non-conference opponents in regular season home games under head coach Kevin Keatts.
- NC State is shooting 56.1 percent from the field through two games this season, good for second in the ACC. The Pack's shooting percentage of 61.5% in the season-opening win over Austin Peay is the best shooting performance by an ACC team in the first week of the season. Last season, NC State shot over 50 percent in just four of 32 games and finished last in the ACC in field goal percentage at 41.3 percent.
- The Pack has posted double-digit steals in each of the first two games of the season. NC State only had five double-digit steal games all of last season and didn't have any in the final 13 games of the season. The Pack's 22 steals are the second-most by an ACC team this season and graduate transfer guard Jack Clark leads the ACC with eight steals.
- Get back on track from three. NC State hit 11 three-pointers in last Monday's season opener and started the game on Friday night by hitting four of its first six three-pointers, but NC State missed its last 11 threes against Campbell to finish the game 4-of-17 from long-range. Terquavion Smith hit all four three-pointers for the Pack against Campbell. He made his fourth three-pointer with 11:53 to go in the first half so NC State will enter Tuesday night's game having gone almost 32 minutes without a made three-point field goal.
