Barkai and Shick Named ACC Doubles Team of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The NC State duo of Yannai Barkai and Collin Shick have been named the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Doubles Team of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.

The honor comes after the duo recorded a top-30 victory in doubles competition against Campbell. Barkai and Shick made quick work of No. 27 Tomas Balazi and Leon Petko, defeating the Camels pair 6-3.
Barkai and Shick teamed up for doubles action against Princeton as well but were unable to finish the match as the doubles point was clinched by the Wolfpack.
UP NEXT
NC State is set to compete at the Oxford, Miss., site of the ITA Kickoff Weekend. The Wolfpack will take on No. 23 Illinois Friday, Jan. 28 and will compete against 18th-ranked Ole Miss or No. 24 Oklahoma Saturday, Jan. 29.
