Thirteen Gymnasts Named WCGA Academic All-Americans

BOWLING GREEN, Â Ohio - Thirteen members of the NC State gymnastics program have been named WCGA Academic All-Americans, as announced by the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) on Wednesday. The number marks the most honorees in a single season for NC State since at least 2018.
Student-athletes with at least a 3.5 overall grade point average or a minimum 3.5 grade point average for 2020-21.
Graduated senior Lauren Kent received the honor for the fourth time in her career while Victoria Prati, Meredith Robinson, Alexis Sheppard and Haley Zarett garnered their third accolades.
Kasey Nelson, Nicole Webb and Chloe Negrete tabbed their second Academic All-America citations. Brooke Conley, Alliah Harrison, Grace Hunter, Olivia Hunter and Sara Watson rounded out the NC State group of honorees, all earning the laurels for the first time.
