MOBILE TICKET INFORMATION
Beginning this season, all tickets for home games are mobile tickets. Fans can access their tickets by logging in to their online account at GoPack.com/MyTickets. From there, tickets can be downloaded to your mobile wallet or transferred via text message to your friends and family.Cell signal may be limited near Reynolds Coliseum. This will not impact tickets already in your wallet. Download your tickets today to avoid issues on game day.

PARKING INFORMATION
Due to the 5 p.m. start time of Tuesday's season opener, the University will still be operating under normal business operations, including all parking lots. We anticipate a need for 1,200 cars for this event and have increased parking staff in order to efficiently park all fans.The following parking lots will be available for FREE beginning at 4 p.m.:
- Reynolds Coliseum Deck (1,100 parking spaces)
- Jeter Bay (200 parking spaces) - limited spaces within the Jeter Bays will be held for those with parking passes and handicapped placards
- Dan Allen Deck (995 parking spaces)
- West Deck (850 parking spaces)
- Additionally, transportation will allow for guests coming to this game to park in any open "C" space on Cates Avenue or Morrill Drive. Please not that any spaces with a yellow sign noting "SV" or "AS" are reserved 24 hours.

Traffic is expected to be heavy pre-game and post-game. Please be patient with parking staff as they work to get all fans parked prior to the game and home safely following the game.
Doors will open at 4 p.m. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m., so fans will have time between doors opening and tip-off.

HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Although the University has instituted reasonable practices in an attempt to lessen or reduce the spread of COVID-19, NC State cannot guarantee that you will never get exposed to the virus or get sick from it. By attending a NC State athletic event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.All guests and ticket holders must adhere to state, local, University and UNC System COVID-19 guidelines at the time of the event.
Masks are required to be worn when not actively eating or drinking.

MOBILE TICKET INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Login to your online account on your mobile phone. This can be done at GoPack.com/MyTickets or by downloading the GoPack App.
Step 2. Select the game you would like to download.
Step 3. Click on the "Add to Apple Wallet" for iPhones, or "GPay Save to Phone" for Android phones.
Note: Do NOT click the "Transfer" link. If you attempt to transfer and accept on the same phone it will error out. If you are on the phone you want to use, just click the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "GPay Save to Phone" buttons.
Step 4. Click through the prompts to complete the download. Then REPEAT for each ticket you wish to download to your phone. You are only able to download one ticket at a time. Double check that all tickets are in your wallet. Once your ticket is downloaded to your wallet, you are all set. If you attempt to download at Reynolds Coliseum, you may be impacted by cell signal.
ON GAMEDAY:
Step 1: Before you reach the entrance, open up your wallet on your phone. If you do not know where this is, type in "Wallet" into the search bar.
Step 2: Click on your ticket to pull it up. Prior to getting in line, make sure you have the correct game pulled up and that all your tickets are in your wallet. We recommend deleting prior games to avoid confusion.
Step 3: When you reach the ticket taker, hold out your phone, and they will tap it to scan. Swipe right on your ticket to scroll through all of your tickets.
Important Note: You will see a moving graphic on the bottom of your phone that reads "Hold Near Reader". If you do not see this graphic, your ticket is not valid or has not been downloaded to your wallet. If you do not see this graphic, contact the ticket office for assistance in making sure your ticket is valid.
TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS:

Step 1: Login to your online account at GoPack.com/MyTickets or on the GoPack App. This step may be down on a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
Step 2: Click on "Ticket Transfer". On mobile, it's at the top. On your computer, it's on the right.
Step 3: Select the game and seats you want to transfer. You may transfer multiple games at once.
Step 4: Type in the recipient's phone number or email address.
Step 5: Review the transfer information.
Step 6: Click the transfer button.
If you had previously downloaded the tickets to your own mobile wallet, please remove them prior to coming to the game to avoid confusion at the gate. Once transferred, your mobile ticket will no longer have "Hold Near Reader" at the bottom.
ACCEPTING A TICKET TRANSFER:

Step 1: You will receive a link in a text message or an email, depending on how the tickets were transferred to you.
Step 2: Click the "Accept Transfer" button.
Step 3: Log into your account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
Step 4:Â Follow the download instructions at the top of this page.
