Knight and Emezie Earn ACC Player of the Week Honors

RALEIGH, N.C. – A pair of Wolfpack players received ACC honors after their performances this past weekend in the Pack's shootout at Wake Forest.

Emekia Emezie was named the ACC Wide Receiver of the Week and Zonovan Knight was named the ACC Specialist of the Week in the Pack's 45-42 loss.

Knight took the opening kickoff of the second half back 100 yards for the TD, his second career 100-yard kickoff return – he is one of just two players in school history with a pair of 100-yard returns for a TD. In the second quarter, his 72-yard return set up the Pack's first TD – which was a 28-yard pass on the very next play. Knight tallied three kickoff returns for 194 yards for the game, the third-highest total in school history.

Emezie led all receivers with 10 catches for 133 yards and a pair of TD grabs. Seven of his catches came in the second half.
