Gill Named to All-ACC Preseason Team

Pack punter was also named to the Ray Guy Award Watch List

RALEIGH, N.C. – Wolfpack punter Trenton Gill was named to the 2020 All-ACC Preseason Team the conference announced.

The honor adds to an impressive list of preseason accolades for Gill, which also includes being named to the Ray Guy Award Watch List and also being named to the 2020 CBS Sports Preseason Second-Team All-America list.

Last season in his first year as the Pack's starting punter, Gill set the Wolfpack single-season record for punting average with a 47.6 mark. That average led the ACC and ranked third in the FBS. He was a third-team All-ACC selection, and earned a scholarship prior to the season starting.
