Punter Trenton Gill Named Preseason Second-Team All-American

RALEIGH, N.C. – Wolfpack punter Trenton Gill has been named to the 2020 CBS Sports Preseason Second-Team All-America list.

Gill was also named to the Ray Guy Award Watch List for the 2020 season.

Last season in his first year as the Pack's starting punter, Gill set the Wolfpack single-season record for punting average with a 47.6 mark. That average led the ACC and ranked third in the FBS. He was a third-team All-ACC selection, and earned a scholarship prior to the season starting.
