Wolfpack Athletics Announces Theme Days for 2020 Football Season

RALEIGH, N.C. -Â NC State has announced several of the themes for home games during the 2020 football season, including Homecoming, Ag Day, Military Appreciation Day and an inaugural Sustainable Wolfpack Game.

The university will honor the past and celebrate its extraordinary future with Homecoming and Red and White Week activities surrounding the Boston College contest on Nov. 7.
Â
At the home opener against Mississippi State on Sept. 12, the Pack will honor its passionate and generous donors on Wolfpack Club Day.
The September 26 game versus Delaware will mark the annual Ag Day – which features a variety of initiatives designed to celebrate that vital industry. Members of the 2020 NC State Athletic Hall of Fame Class will also be recognized following the induction gala the previous evening.Â

No one does Military Appreciation Day like NC State, and this year that special day will be on Oct. 3, when the Pack welcomes Florida State to Carter-Finley Stadium for the ACC home opener.

The Duke contest on Oct. 10, which falls over the university's fall break, will be Educator Appreciation Day.Â

For the first time this season, NC State will host a Sustainable Wolfpack game featuring its Athletics and campus sustainability initiatives when Wake Forest visits for a Halloween match up.

On Nov. 21 at the final home game versus Liberty, the 2020 Wolfpack seniors will be honored.
