Three Advance to Finals on Second Day at NCAA Zone B Championships

ATHENS, Ga. – James Brady and Bayne Bennett advanced to their second final in as many days on the one-meter board at the NCAA Zone B Championships at the Ramsey Center in Athens, Ga., and Madeline Kline found the three-meter board final on Wednesday.
"Over the past two days we had pretty solid outings," said head diving coach Yahya Radman. "I'm very proud of how hard everybody battled and how much we've learned. I'm looking forward to see what tower brings tomorrow and where we stack in a very competitive zone."
Brady and Bennett notched top-18 finishes on the one-meter to advance to the finals with scores of 302.75 and 282.60, respectively. They rounded out the day with top-17 finishes as Brady posted a 605.45 and Bennett posted a 568.20 after the final round of competition.
Kline followed up with a finals-bound performance of her own. The senior's 287.05 mark in the prelims ranked in the top 18, advancing her to the finals. She ended the day with a final score of 564.45.
