Gabarra Named to All-ACC Academic Team

Senior forward led Pack with six assists in 2019
RALEIGH, N.C. – Tyler Gabarra of the NC State men's soccer team has been named to the All-ACC Academic team.
A senior from Arnold, Md., this past season, Gabarra will leave NC State with a degree in sport management. During the Pack's 2019 season, which saw the Pack advance to the NCAA Championship for the third time in head coach George Kiefer's three seasons, Gabarra appeared in all 19 games and led the Pack with six assists. The forward's season highlight was scoring the match-winning goal in NC State's 2-1 win at #17 Louisville.
Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
