Bryant and Waggoner Earn Nominations for McDonald’s All-American Games

CHICAGO - NC State women's basketball signees Genesis Bryant and Dontavia Waggoner have been nominated for consideration to participate in the 2020 McDonald's All-American Games, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
From the list of the nation's notable high school seniors, the Games' Selection Committee will identify the top 24 and top 24 boys and girls to play in the 43red annual edition of the event. The final rosters for the teams will be revealed later this month, and the teams will take the court on Wednesday, April 1 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
Bryant (#46 Prospects Nation) and Waggoner (#35 Prospects Nation) are both four-star recruits who are part of NC State's 2020 signing class that was ranked 17th nationally by Prospects Nation. Both players, in addition to fellow signee Rebecca Demeke, are set to join the Wolfpack beginning with the 2020-21 season.
