NC State hosts Longwood on Friday, Sept. 6

RALEIGH – After defeating a strong Loyola team in the Aug. 30 season opener and narrowly falling in double overtime to St. John's on Sept. 1, the NC State men's soccer team (1-1-0) was ranked 22nd in the latest TopDrawerSoccer national rankings, the publication announced recently.
In the latest United Soccer Coaches (USC) poll, the Wolfpack is receiving six points to rank 40th.
NC State continues its home stand on Friday, Sept. 6 when Longwood comes to Raleigh. Kickoff from Dail Soccer Stadium is scheduled for 7 pm. Live streaming coverage will be provided by ACCNX.
