TEMPE, Ariz. -- The NC State women's tennis team is tabbed at No. 12 in the latest Oracle/ITA Division I Rankings, as announced on Tuesday. The Pack spent the previous five weeks in the top 10 and holds a 22-6 record, the most wins in a single season in program history.

Â
Anna Rogers checks in at No. 9 in the singles rankings, moving up one spot from her No. 10 ranking last week, with an impressive resume of 16 ranked singles wins. The announcement marks the third consecutive week she stands in the top 10 of the singles rankings. The junior has won seven of her last 10 matches, defeating five of eight ranked opponents during that stretch. This week's singles ranking is the second-highest in program history, behind only her previous ranking of No. 8.
Â
A five-time ACC Freshman of the Week, Alana Smith is tabbed at No. 73. The Fort Washington, Md., native has recorded 30 singles wins this season, leading the team in the category.
Â
Rogers and Smith are tabbed as the eighth-ranked duo in the doubles rankings, their highest ranking of the season and the second-highest in program history. Two duos (Sanaa Bhambri and Sandhya Nagaraj, Anna Rogers and Claudia Wiktorin) have reached No. 7 in the doubles rankings. Rogers and Smith have collected 30 wins together this season, including 12 wins against nationally ranked opponents. Impressively, four of those 12 wins have registered as top-20 victories.
