The Pack was led by DJ Funderburk who tied his career-highs in points (18) and rebounds (9) in 26 minutes off-the-bench. Markell Johnson added 14 points, while Torin Dorn chipped in 12 points.
- Wednesday is Senior Day and the Pack will honor Torin Dorn. Dorn leads the team in scoring and rebounding this season. He currently ranks 44th in program history on the scoring list with 1,165 points and his 171 offensive rebounds rank 15th in the NC State record book. Dorn graduated last May with a degree in communications and is currently getting a graduate certificate in sports and entertainment venue management.
- Torin Dorn leads the Pack in scoring in ACC play at 12.9 points per game. He ranks 25th in the ACC in scoring in conference games. Georgia Tech is the only ACC team that has its leading scorer in conference play average less than Dorn (Jose Alvarado - 12.6). The Pack relies on a balanced scoring attack as six different players have led the team in scoring in conference play and only once (Markell Johnson vs. Clemson and Virginia) in conference play has the Pack had the same leading scorer in consecutive games.
- The Pack's bench is averaging 31.0 points per game and has outscored the opponent's bench by 416 points this season. NC State's bench has had 38 individual double-digit scoring performances. The Pack has scored 40+ points off the bench in eight games this season, including a school-record 62-point performance in the win over USC Upstate on Dec. 22. The Pack is 1-5 when its bench scores less than 20 points and 19-4 when its bench scores over 20 points.

This year's NC State team enters Wednesday having won four of its last six games.

It's the first time since the 2011-12 & 2012-13 teams that the Pack has had back-to-back 20-plus win regular seasons. Keatts is just the 11th coach in ACC history to have back-to-back 20-win seasons in his first two seasons as a head coach in the league.
