Women's Tennis Checks in at No. 12 in Oracle/ITA Division I Rankings

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The NC State women's tennis team is tabbed at No. 12 in the latest Oracle/ITA Division I rankings. The squad boasts a 15-3 record, including a 5-1 record in ACC play.
Checking in at No. 31, Anna Rogers is the highest ranked player for NC State. The junior has won eight of her last 10 singles matches, and is currently on a five-match win streak.
Freshman Alana Smith is featured at No. 70, jumping 20 spots from her previous No. 90 ranking. The freshman is on a four-match win streak.
Rounding out singles rankings for the Pack is No. 116 Adriana Reami.
In doubles, Rogers and Smith are tabbed at No. 9. The mark is the second-highest doubles ranking in school history, tying the duo's previous high, trailing only No. 7 Rogers and Claudia Wiktorin and No. 7 Sanaa Bhambri and Sandhya Nagaraj in the record books. Rogers and Smith have already entered school history, collecting 24 wins, a top-10 mark for doubles wins in a season.
